I feel very privileged to have worked in education for the past 30 years! I enjoy working with kids immensely, especially when I see them realize their true potential. It is a real blessing to witness that process. I have seen many difficult challenges that students today face, as I've worked as a classroom teacher as well as a principal. I have vast experience teaching students to better manage their time, as well as develop valuable study skills that will help them succeed throughout their educational careers. In addition, I personally homeschooled each of my children, and very much understand all of the unique challenges that parents are facing in today's educational world. Because of my invaluable experience working one-on-one with each of my own children, I feel I have a leg up on my ability to pinpoint individual needs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, and scrapbooking. I also enjoy playing basketball and volleyball.
